Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (these “Terms of Sale”) govern all aspects of your purchase of products and services via LimeSpringStudio.com , and any related Lime Spring Studio website. In these Terms of Sale, “you” refers to you as our customer, includes website visitors to LimeSpringStudio.com , registered users, and purchasers of Lime Spring Studio products and services. Whereas “Lime Spring Studio,” “Lime Spring,” “I,” “we”, “us”, “our,” refers to Lime Spring Studio (ABN 31 578 733 533); Po Box 4024, Bexley North NSW 2207 Australia; and its related bodies corporate.

2. Shipping terms and timeframes

2.1. By placing an order with us you are offering to purchase a product or service on and subject to these Terms of Sale.

2.2. We use a fulfilment service, which means we source our various products from different suppliers and as such all orders are subject to availability with the supplier, and on confirmation of the order price.

2.3. Unless otherwise stated, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

2.4. Items will be dispatched promptly after they are sold, following a brief automatic approval process (orders are approved automatically approved and sent to production at 12:00 PM GMT [UTC] every day).  

Prompt delivery means that each item will be dispatched within 14 days, subject to availability, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

2.5. Shipping timeframes will depend on your location but here is a quick guide as to how long it should take for your item to arrive.

• Local: For orders within Australia, parcels typically arrive within five to eight business days once shipped.
• Further away: Locations outside Australia can take a little longer to arrive; typically 15+ days once shipped.
• No PO Boxes: Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes – please provide an alternative address.

2.6. We do not guarantee delivery times and they should not be relied upon as such.

2.7. When you place an order or complete the payment approval process, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (“Your LimeSpring Studio order has been received”), and will receive a separate email when the order is dispatched (“Your LimeSpring Studio order is now complete”)

3. Automated order routing

In the infrequent event an item(s) from your order are currently out of stock, discontinued, or cannot be fulfilled by our regular supplier, due to temporary unavailability, we will route your order to a different supplier (different from our regular supplier).

• We will deliver the exact product match from another print provider, if available.
• If the exact product match is unavailable, the product will be substituted with an alternative product that is closest in quality, colour, and material.
• If no exact match or alternative product substitute is available, we will notify you.

4. Customs

When ordering products for delivery outside of the Australia you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance and other handling charges must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. Your privacy is important to us and we would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

5. Our Liability

Lime Spring Studio will not be responsible for: (i) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, (ii) any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms of Sale which arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control, (iii) any business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or (iii) any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when the contract for the sale of products by us to you was formed. The laws of some countries do not allow some or all of the limitations described above. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you and you might have additional rights. Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes our responsibility for fraud or fraudulent representations made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that under applicable law may not be so limited or excluded.

To the fullest extent possible under applicable law, except as expressly set out in these Terms of Sale we exclude any and all terms, conditions, warranties and representations of any kind whether express or implied, in relation to our products. However, this does not affect any of your statutory rights including in relation to products that are not of satisfactory quality, or your contract cancellation rights.

6. Return processing

Lime Spring Studio currently does not generally accept refunds or exchanges. Because of the nature of the fulfilment service(s) we use, products are produced to order, and are therefore non-refundable.

However, in saying this, if you have received a faulty or damaged item, or the item is significantly different from the sample or description, we may either, provide a refund or a replacement. 

Follow these steps to register your request:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order,
2. With a reason for your request,
3. Making sure to include your order number (e.g. #208), your Name, Email address (Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation).
4. And include full-length Photos of the item that show the fault as clearly as possible. Products must be unworn and unwashed.

7. Cancelation policies

Should you need to cancel your order for any reason please contact us immediately, before 12:00 PM GMT (UTC). Orders are put on hold for a brief time until they are automatically approved and sent to production at 12:00 PM GMT (UTC) every day.

After this time, once an order is in production, the order can no longer be cancelled, changed or edited as the item may have been created.

8. Privacy Policy

Please note that using our website to purchase products or otherwise may require or involve the submission, collection and/or use of certain personally identifying or identifiable information to or by us, our Store Operators and/or third party payment or data processors operating on our behalf. You expressly consent to Our disclosure and use of your personal information as needed to fulfill our obligations under these Terms of Sale and as provided in our Privacy Policy

9. Conditions of use

By using the Site you agree to be bound by the Conditions. If you do not agree with these Conditions, you must stop using this site and leave it immediately.

You are granted a non-exclusive, limited and revocable license to access the Site and use its functionality on the condition that:

(a) You are over the age of 18;

(b) You only use the Site for lawful purposes;

(c) You do not engage in any improper, indecent or offensive behaviour while using the Site;

(d) You are not breaking any local, state or federal law in your relevant jurisdiction (or the State that the Company is registered in) by accessing this Site;

(e) You will treat the Site and its users with respect and will not partake in any conduct that could be considered bullying, harassment, degradation, insulting or otherwise demeaning to the human standard of any other person (as determined by us).

(f.) The Site may contain information & advertising from third-party businesses, people & websites (“Third-Parties”). You consent to receiving this information as part of your use of the Site.

(g.) We are not responsible for any information transmitted by Third Parties or liable for any reliance you make upon the information or statements conveyed by Third Parties (or in relation to your dealings with Third Parties), nor are we responsible for the accuracy of any advertisements.

(h.) The colours that you see depend on your computer display, so we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colours accurately.

(i.) You agree and acknowledge that there may be technical or administrative errors in the information on the Site, including but not limited to errors with respect to product description, pricing and availability.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is the copyright of Lime Spring Studio. Without the express written permission of Lime Spring Studio, you shall not:

(a) replicate all or part of the site in anyway; or

(b) incorporate all or part of the Site in any other webpage, site, application or other digital or non-digital format.
