How Does the Proofreading Process Work?

Proofreading is the last writing process before the author submits the article for publication. We will check and edit your written documents, blog, manuscript etc. before they are published, making sure there are no lingering spelling or grammar mistakes. Ensure your document is error free and polished to a professional standard.

We will professionally proofread and edit your document. We are experienced proofreaders. We are native English speakers from Sydney, Australia, and are extremely skilled in written and spoken communication.

We can proofread ANY document including blog posts, marketing content (such as social media posts), scientific documents, essays, legal documents, emails, books and more!

With your proofreading package you can expect:

• Your document proofread to a professional standard
• Editing services by a native English speaker (I do not outsource)
• Prompt replies and unlimited number of your questions answered
• Tracked edits in a Microsoft Word Document using Track Changes feature
• Expert feedback on your original document if requested

PLEASE NOTES: Proofreading fees are due in full before we can start. Once a date is chosen, you will be sent sent an invoice to pay the amount before we begin.

 

Want to Schedule Your Proofreading?

All proofreading jobs must be scheduled in advance. Please know we book out at least a month or two in advance. If you need your proofreading faster, it is sometimes possible, but there will be a rush fee.

 

How to Schedule Proofreading

1. Read our design policy page.
2. Fill out our form Start by letting us know ideally when you’d like the proofreading process to start or when you need it to be finished by.
3. Provide a sample of your manuscript or document.
4. Once a date is chosen you will be sent an invoice to pay the amount in full before we begin proofreading.
